Frequently asked
- What is the minimum order quantity?
- It depends on structure and finishing. Samples and volume runs go through the same line, so prototype quantities are possible. Send us a drawing or product spec and we will confirm the threshold for your job.
- How do rigid boxes and folding cartons differ?
- A rigid box wraps printed paper around thick board — sturdy, and used where the box is part of the product, like cosmetics sets and albums. A folding carton is folded from one sheet: lighter, cheaper per unit, suited to high-volume items such as sheet masks and supplements.
- How long does production take?
- Structure design and a mock-up come first, then volume production. Timing varies with finishing and quantity, so tell us your deadline up front and we will plan the process around it.
- Can I see a sample or mock-up first?
- Yes. We review equipment specs and finishing processes, then produce drawings and a mock-up. Confirming the physical sample before volume production is the standard order.
- What if I have no drawing or design file?
- That is fine. Tell us the size and weight of what goes inside and the quantity you expect, and we will design the structure with you. You can also send us an existing box.
- What finishing options are available?
- Cold foil, gold foil, hologram transfer, labelling and embossing run on our own lines. Our hologram is transferred rather than film-laminated, which cuts down on film waste.
